There is a $350 cleaning fee and a $50 processing fee charged for each rental period up to two weeks. An additional $350 cleaning fee will be charged every two week period thereafter. This is a Friday to Friday rental. Minimum stay is one week. Absolutely no pets or weddings; please don't ask. This is a smoke free rental property. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience.

11 Freeman Lane

There is a non-refundable $50 processing fee charged for each rental in addition to the price of the rental period. This is a Saturday to Saturday rental. Minimum stay is one week. Absolutely no pets; please don't ask. This is a smoke free rental property. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience.
